*This role may be used for individuals who create client deliverables or send communications to clients.  These individuals typically work on the entire book rather than a select list of accounts.

•Will not have access to posting record.

•Will not have access to splits.

•Will not be able to edit cancellation and reinstatement information.

*This role is the same as the Servicer1 role with the exception that the producer role will only see the accounts he/she is listed on.

Non-User

• Will not have ability to log into the system.
 *
This role could be given to a producer that needs to be listed as a primary sales lead, but will never log into the system.  

AMGR

Accounting Manager

•Ability to view all accounts and plans within the access area.

•Ability to view posting record on all plans within the access area.  

•Ability to add and edit statements.  

•Access to all Revenue Tracking reporting
