This article will guide you through how to request delegate access within Rydoo.  We are going to specifcally focus on how to request approver delegate access for another approver, but there are other options that can be requested and approved

The person who wants to be a delegate for another approver will need to request access:

1) Click your initials on the lower-left corner > Personal Settings


2) Click on Account Delegation > enter the email address of the approver you want to be a delegate for > select the Approver checkbox > Click Request access to account


You will see that that person is configured, but in a Pending approval state until it is approved by the person you are trying to be a delegate for.  Once approved, the Pending state will be removed:


3) Once approved, within Rydoo you will click your initials in the lower-left corner > Linked Accounts and then click the delegate's name

Now you will be managing expenses/approvals for the delegate.


If you need to get back to your own Rydoo account, you can click your initials in the lower-left corner > Go to original account (or simply logout and login again)


If you want to remove your delegate access, you can navigate back to your personal settings > Account delegation, and click the "X" next to the delegate's name to remove your delegation permissions
