The following guide will show you how to troubleshoot LinkedIn Learning training issues within Learn365.
- Close out of all browser windows if you have any open.
- Go to LinkedIn Learning on Microsoft Edge and use your Patriot email address to log in.
- Once you are logged in, go back to your training dashboard to access your training.
If your training is still not loading properly, popups may be getting blocked. Follow the below steps to allow popups.
- With your training open, look for the popup blocker icon next to the web address bar.
- Click on the popup blocker icon and select the top option.
- Click on done, you may have to refresh the page or reopen the training for the settings to apply.
