This guide will show screenshots of logging into the Epic Browser using Okta SSO.
1. Access your agency's Epic Browser login page
Each agency has a specific URL they use to login. You may need to reach out to your agency's Applied Epic admin, or Patriot IT, to verify yours.
You can also go to pgis.okta.com, and select the Applied Epic Tile. This is a bookmark of the login URL.

On your first time accessing the login URL, you may need to enter your Enterprise ID.
2. Once on the login page, select Login.
This will open a new browser window.

3. Enter your work email address, and select Next
4. An Okta login page will appear. Please enter in your work email address and select Next.
We use Okta as an additional layer of security and flexibility.
Sometimes, Okta will prompt you for a password. If this happens, select Back to sign in and then Next
5. Okta will then check if you have an active Microsoft session. If not, it will prompt you to sign in using your work email.
6. After successful authentication, you will be logged in!
