Keeper's LastPass import tool automatically imports all passwords, folders, TOTP codes and file attachments from the LastPass vault.

(1)  Install the Keeper Desktop application on your computer. You may need to reach out to your agency's IT support for installation. If your agency has Intune managed devices, the Keeper desktop application will automatically be installed.
Download Keeper Desktop from:
https://keepersecurity.com/download

(2) Login to Keeper Desktop using SSO or your email and master password.

*Note: You may see an Okta prompt, please enter your Microsoft email. If it asks you for an Okta Password, please submit a support ticket at [email protected]

You may need to also enter your Microsoft credentials and validate the sign in with MFA when logging into Keeper on your chosen web browser or the extension/Desktop Application.

(3) Click on your account email in the upper right-hand corner.

(4) Click Settings > Import > LastPass.

(5) Enter your LastPass credentials. Keeper recognizes if you're using SSO for login and you'll be asked to sign in to the identity provider through your usual SSO workflow. Keeper also supports migration if you're using a master password and 2FA at LastPass.

If you get an error message at this point, check your email for a LastPass New Device/Location Verification email. Once you verify the sign in attempt with LastPass, try step 5 again.

(6) Review the import and map fields if necessary and click Import.
