How to view and manage quarantined emails

There are two ways to access your Proofpoint Digest:

  1. Navigate to https://006ee601.pphosted.com:10020/euweb/login (this will allow you to access your quarantine at any time)
  2. If your mailbox receives an email that is quarantined, you will receive a digest email on the next scheduled delivery date (Typically 7:00am EST) This email will provide information about those messages and a link to your quarantine.


SPAM and Bulk emails will appear in the Spam - Quarantined quarantine folder.  Emails that may contain potential offensive language will appear in the Email Firewall quarantine folder:


Within this area, you can:

  • Find messages via a search menu that are stored in your quarantine
  • Release message from your quarantine to your Outlook mailbox
  • Mark messages as Not Spam (for spam or bulk message only)
  • Release and Allow the sender
  • Block the sender by adding to your block list
  • Mark messages by Allowing Sender (for spam or bulk message only)
  • Additionally, you can put a checkmark on selected messages, expand Options and Delete All selected


Additionally, your Allow and Block lists can be manually managed by clicking "Lists" from the bottom menu
