1. Navigate to your Outlook Desktop app.


2. Click the File tab in the top left.





3. Click Options

  •   A new window will open up on your screen. 







4. Click Calendar.

  • Scroll until you see a Calendar Options section on the right side.




5. From there you can click the Change the permissions for viewing Free/Busy information.


6. Click the Free/Busy Options...

  • A new window will open up.




7. Here you can change your viewing permissions for those inside the organization or add permissions for a certain user.
