Step 1. Log into your Calendly.


Step 2. Navigate to the Availability tab at the top of the page.




Step 3. Click New Schedule.




Step 4. Give a name to your schedule like "Working Hours" without quotations.



Step 5. Click Create. 


Step 6. Set your time zone


Step 7. Set your work hour intervals by clicking on the plus button and select the days you want to work by check marking them.




Note: When you won't be taking meetings, working half a day, or have PTO, you can create a date override. This will change how your calendar displays itself to others. For example, if you delete your hours, they will see a blocked out day and unable to schedule with you.


Step 7. If you plan to work a set schedule, you can select the two squares button.



This will allow you to pick the days where you will work the same set hours. 



Step 8. Once you create your hours, you can create an event to link them to.
