The Daily Digest setting should be turned on by default.  However, as an end user of the platform, you have the ability to opt out if you wish.


To ensure your daily digest is enabled, follow these steps:

  1. Click Profile.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Ensure Send digest with new messages in my End User Digest box is checked.

      4. Click Save.




 

For an immediate digest:

  1.  Click Options.
  2. This will bring down two options of Refresh or Request Digest.
  3. Request Digest will email you within a few moments with an updated quarantine/spam email list.
