You may need to temporarily disconnect from the SGN Connect client. While disconnected, your sessions will no longer be protected by Todyl! Please turn the SGN Connect client back on as soon as possible.

 

Open the SGN Connect Client through the system tray or by using the search bar next to the Windows Start button and typing "sgn connect".



Click the green toggle to pause.




Select how long you need to be paused. We recommend the shortest time frame of 30 minutes.









Your Connection will be Inactive. Select the grayed toggle to reconnect. 



Once verified it's reactivated, you may close the window.
