This guide will go through some previous questions we have received when implementing Intune for mobile devices.

I have multiple accounts on the Outlook app, does Patriot have access/monitor it?

Intune only lets us monitor access and wipe Patriot data only. It will not access or remove any other account information.

Outlook app is having issues launching after setting up Intune PIN

So far, this issue has only been reported on Android devices. Please uninstall the Company Portal application, and then reinstall the Company Portal app.
You also may need to uninstall the Outlook app, set up the Company Portal app, and then reinstall Outlook.

Does fingerprint or face recognition work?

What is the required PIN length?

My old employer had set up MAM/permissions on my phone, will this cause issues?

Yes, any previous employer should remove their access/policies on your phone if you are no longer working for them.

What steps do I need to take?

Once the policy is applied, the next time you access a protected app, you be prompted on your phone to set up the PIN.
