This guide will go through how to sign up for an account in Freshservice for PatriotGIS. Having an account gives you access to many features, including creating and reviewing support tickets, using the Teams ServiceBot, etc.
1. Go to support.patriotgis.com and select Sign Up, or go to https://support.patriotgis.com/support/signup
2. Enter your information and select Register
3. Freshservice will send you a registration email. It will come from [email protected]
4. Click on the link to create a password and sign up.
5. After activating your account, you have the option to register with two-factor authentication.
6. You are now registered with our Freshservice!
