The following guide will show you how to disable/enable cached mode in the Outlook Desktop version. While troubleshooting Outlook issues, we may ask you to enable/disable cached mode.
Please only follow these steps if instructed by the IT Team.

Instructions:
1. Select File.
2. Select Account Settings.
3. Select Account Name and Sync Settings from the drop-down menu.
4. Select the checkbox for “Used Cached Exchanged Mode…”
5. Select Next.
6. Select Done.
7. Close and reopen Outlook.
