We use an application called ConnectWise to connect and remotely support our end users. This guide will provide instructions for the end-user.

Open your browser and go to remote.patriotgis.com. We also may send a screen share link. We will provide a code for you to connect.  




Your browser will start to download the application. Open or Run it once it is complete.

Depending on your browser settings, you may see the download appear on the bottom of your screen...




Or on the top right of your screen.



You may receive a prompt asking for control. Allow it to connect. 

Once the application is downloaded, the support agent can connect.

Your desktop background will go black. This is to let you know a support agent is connected.
