When troubleshooting email issues, we may request you send the email as an attachment. This will let us get more information from the message.
Outlook Desktop
1. Select the message.
2. On the right side, select the More Options Icon (…)
3. Select Forward as an Attachment.
Outlook Web App
1. Find the message.
2. Select New Message.
3. Drag and drop the message into the new email’s body.
