SharePoint Online can be accessed via your web browser. You can bookmark/favorite the folders to quickly access them.
Accessing SharePoint Online
1. Go to office.com and sign in.
2. Then select SharePoint icon from the list of apps.
You can also select the Office options located at the top left, and then select SharePoint.
3. This will open up a new browser tab. Select your Site.
4. Select Documents. The location may differ depending on how the site is organized.
