- Open up the Outlook App on your mobile device
- Tap on your mailbox icon in the top left corner of the app to open a side menu
- Tap on the settings gear at the bottom of this side menu
- Select your account to open your accounts settings
- For Android, scroll down the settings list and tap on Accounts then select your account
- For Apple, scroll down the settings list and tap on Mail Accounts then select your account
- With your accounts settings open, scroll down and select Reset Account.
- Follow related prompts to complete the reset.
