  1. Open up the Outlook App on your mobile device
  2. Tap on your mailbox icon in the top left corner of the app to open a side menu
  3. Tap on the settings gear at the bottom of this side menu
  4. Select your account to open your accounts settings
    1. For Android, scroll down the settings list and tap on Accounts then select your account
    2. For Apple, scroll down the settings list and tap on Mail Accounts then select your account
  5. With your accounts settings open, scroll down and select Reset Account
  6. Follow related prompts to complete the reset.
